Customer Service / Sales Professional - Available Positions

Silver Sun Tan's counter personnel can best be described as Customer Service / Sales Professionals. When hired as a CS/SP, an employee is given the title of "Assistant Manager." This employee is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers, as well as selling tanning memberships and products. In addition the employee is responsible for the daily opening and/or closing of the salon, and supervision of the Salon Cleaner. Upper management positions are available to employees who have been with the company for a minimum of 90 days, and who have out-performed in all areas of the Assistant Manager position. Advancement with Silver Sun Tan is based on performance, not seniority.
